OpenBook Availability
OpenBook is available seven days a week. Data updates take place overnight on weekdays.
8 am – 10 pm: Official user hours. OpenBook is stable, no data loads.
10 pm – 6 am: Data loads/updates. OpenBook can be accessed, but the data may be in an inconsistent state because it is being refreshed.
6 am – 8 am: Pre-hours. Data are loaded and stable. Users may access OpenBook during this time, but the response time might be slow.
